Tobias Lohf is a film producer and cinematographer based in Germany. He started out creating short films and founded his first production company in 2014. He produced webvideos and commercials for brands like Mercedes Benz, LEGO or Microsoft. In 2017 he co-founded the production company Outside the Club which specializes in genre films and series.
His first project was the mystery-series Wishlist which won the Grimme-Award as well as the German Television Award. Wishlist was continued with a second season and was succesfully licensed all over Europe.
The historical crossover series Haus Kummerveldt followed this success and led to a second Grimme-Award.
With Trunk he produced one of the first Amazon Original Movies which was released in 2024.
Tobias is alumni of the media start-up centre as well as a member of the German Producers Guilt PROG – Producers of Germany.
